Established in 2002, with 20 years of experience, United State
G.C. Builders is a minority-women owned business enterprise
both NCTRCA and Hub Certified.

Safety awareness is our #1 priority on our day to day
operations. USGC subcontracts all its work out to subs;
however, out of our on staff employees for day to day work
95% of our employees are OSHA 10hr trained. For each and
every project that USGC heads we verify that all the
subcontractors' employees are OSHA Safety Trained and if we
needed provide training for them before the commencement of
the project. With 100% of USGC Key personnel being OSHA
500 certified, we offer OSHA 10hr Courses free of charge to all
subcontractors and their employees.

One of our policies and procedures regulations is that all
employees must wear a hard hat, safety glasses, work boots
and a USGC reflecting vest at all times on every job site.
According to the DISD safety personnel, companies using
reflecting vest are less likely on having accidents occur. For this
reason USGC has implemented a new policy in which every
employee must wear a reflecting vest at all times while at a job
site. Specific jobs may cause the need for other personal
protective equipment. When this occurs, the employee is
expected to utilize this equipment. It is the Jobsite
Superintendent's responsibility to see that equipment and
proper PPE in use is appropriate and in good condition,
however, USGC key personnel visit jobsites daily to confirm.

A jobsite safety meeting conducted by the jobsite
superintendent and USGC personnel is scheduled for every
Monday morning for all USGC's jobs.

For the year 2005, OSHA Form 300A Log of Work-Related
Injuries and Illnesses, show USGC have Zero (0) Deaths, Zero
(1) Injuries, Zero (0) Days away form work, and Zero (0)
